Biography

Clint Bruce is the founder and president of Trident Response Group, a global intelligence and advisory group headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas and raised in Dallas, Mr. Bruce was a standout football player at the United States Naval Academy lettering for four years and named Captain of the ’96 Aloha Bowl Champion team.

Entering into the elite Navy SEAL Community in 1997, Bruce completed BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL) training with Class 217 and reported to SEAL Team 5. There he had the opportunity to deploy in various positions of command and leadership with three consecutive SEAL Platoons, two of which were post 9-11. His Navy career culminated with command of a SEAL Platoon deployed for 9 months in multiple theaters engaged in direct support of the Global War on Terror.

While serving the Naval Special Warfare Community, Mr. Bruce was exposed to expertise and mission profiles that developed a deep knowledge and appreciation of defense technology. In both national and international environments he was involved in the development and application of new assets and technology that enhanced detection, communication, and battlespace awareness.

As a multi-disciplinary tactical advisor to programs such as hybrid vehicular and body armor efforts and the application of nano-technology to existing and new materials as well as many other Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) programs, Mr. Bruce has a reputation for constantly reconciling new technology against the needs and ability of the war-fighter and the unique restrictions and limitations imposed on the war-fighter by the battlefield.
