I am a Project Manager with more than nine years' experience as an Army Officer and Management Consultant. I currently work for Capgemini Consulting in Germany.

I have experience in strategy development projects, in particular organizational architecture and workforce planning, as well as in driving operational excellence through process optimization, customer management and supply chain optimization.

I support business transformations across all stages of the project lifecycle, drawing on deep personal knowledge of measures including sound planning, appropriate metrics, effective controlling and change management. I can leverage my experience of digital tools and social technologies to bring together the right people across organizational and geographical boundaries, in order to deliver international projects in the network environment successfully.
