Biography
Mr. Wolthuis has been in the Real Estate space for 25+ years. He has seen the industry from many views. He has been a Real Estate Developer, Real Estate & Construction Law Attorney, VP/Construction, General Counsel and Director-C-level Manager of various development, construction, JV's, Partnerships, and IT companies.
He is currently focused on the SFR aggregation space. He has completed the construction, financing, documentation, CD's and contracts for over a billion dollars in projects. He is a Director of Sales & Relationships at Secure Capital Network (SCN) an IT company focused on bringing order to the chaos of Real Estate with its SFR Pipeline-Network SaaS products. As Director, he is focused on the technology to power the SFR space. He is a principal in CDG and Pronova Management where he is focused on distressed RE asset opportunities in SFR, Commercial, Hospitality and land development sectors.
Mr. Wolthuis lives in Pleasant Grove, UT near Mount Timpanogos with his wife Nancy and 4 Sons and twin grandsons and he can be found (if you look hard) hiding out in the mountains fishing, hunting, horseback riding in the Wasatch Mountains near his home out of cell phone range. He has spent 25+ years in scouting serving as a scout master, varsity coach, scout committee chairman where he has enjoyed trips to the Snake River, Green River, Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Escalante, the Uintah's and his favorite Havasupi in the Grand Canyon.
