Biography

Daisy Ríos has extensive experience as a coach, counselor, diversity practitioner, facilitator/educator, and organization development (OD) specialist. Her life’s work has centered on creating more equitable relations and systems in workplaces and communities. Her work experience is grounded in her core belief system of social justice and power equity. Her practice is grounded in her ability to support individuals and groups to access their creativity, intuition and intrinsic gifts.

As an executive coach, Dr. Ríos provides services to individuals and groups interested in achieving high levels of personal and professional excellence. She coaches individuals and teams to achieve greater personal fulfillment and extraordinary results. In her practice, she guides clients in deep-level work that engages their mind, body, heart, and spirit.

In addition, Daisy partners with highly qualified professionals to deliver team coaching and organization development consulting services. Her work includes a variety of business consulting services, such as team development, strategic planning, change management, and business process redesign. As a facilitator and educator, she engages individuals through experiential practices that lead to deep personal and interpersonal awareness and behavioral change. She is dedicated to supporting individuals, teams, and organizations to increase their capacity to foster inclusion, dialogue, and innovation.

Dr. Rios holds a Ph.D. in Psychoeducational Processes from Temple University; an MS in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania; and a Coaching Certificate from Duquesne University. She also holds a certificate in Emotional Intelligence and a Clinical Gestalt certificate from the Gestalt Institute in Cleveland. Dr. Ríos is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science, and the Organization Development Network (ODN).
