Biography

Dan Viafore is a two-time Grammy nominee and multi-platinum awarded audio engineer with 20 years of experience recording and mixing in studio and live environments. Record credits include hits off Olivia Rodrigo's GUTS and SOUR, and the Jonas Brothers’ theme for Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary. Dan also handled 17 seasons of vocal engineering and editing on NBC’s The Voice. You’ve heard his mixing and engineering on projects from Demi Lovato, Bastille, Giorgio Moroder, and Sabrina Carpenter. Corporate clients include: Universal Music Group, Dreamworks, Disney, Netflix, 20th Century Fox, Fox Sports, and Nat Geo. Dan taught for ten years at Emerson College's flagship LA program before coming to LMU.
