Biography
Dr. Daniel J. Phelan is adjunct faculty in the Doctorate of Education in Leadership for Fielding Graduate University. Dr. Phelan has also been the president of Jackson College (JC) in Jackson, Mich. since April 2001. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa. He earned a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and an Associate in Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Mount St. Clare College (now Ashford University) in Clinton, Iowa.
