Biography
Danna Beal, M.Ed., international speaker and author of "The Extraordinary Workplace: Replacing Fear with Trust and Compassion" shares a compelling message for rebuilding relationships in the workplace and healing the workplace culture. Boldly addressing the unrecognized costs to businesses when the work environment is filled with emotional drama, insecurity and internal competition, she introduces a new model for enlightened leadership.
She reveals a path for creating a trusting and cooperative workplace where people work at their highest potential. Her clients have included hospitals, physician practices, CPA and law firms, banks, and both, national and international business conferences. She has been Interviewed on over 60 radio and TV shows has worked for over 300 businesses and conventions.
