Biography
I am a training professional with a passion for helping others learn. When it comes to the training room, my goal is always to make sure that the students walk away with something they can put to use that day as well as being exposed to skills that can be developed over time.
One of the most rewarding things is to see a previous student after some time and have them tell me how much my training session helped them. It is especially rewarding when they say "You know I was skeptical about this training since I have been through it before, but I actually learned some good stuff!"
As a contract trainer, I am able to work closely with several companies at the same time to coordinate and deliver training as the needs arise. I have never had an exclusive contract that prevented me from working with other companies which keeps me flexible to work around my clients schedule. Some contracts are more demanding than others as you might expect, but in general I am able to schedule training with my clients as they have need. The more I train with a company, the more they want me back for additional training.
