Biography
After 11 years as a university professor, I led the DoD's efforts in assessing higher education opportunities provided to members of the military. TI then served as provost of a trade and technical college with 21 campuses,
I am familiar with distance learning, non-traditional higher education, accreditation, university administration, and the higher education regulatory environment.
