Biography
I currently work as project leader and mentor on SQL Server and Business Intelligence projects on Microsoft-based solutions. I'm a Mentor for Solid Quality Mentors and the founder of the Italian Subsidiary. I'm constantly involved on several team projects, where I take care of the architecture and the mission-critical technical details, while assuring the customer that the highest quality and the deadlines are respected.
Those project vary from Business Intelligence Projects for small, medium or big companies in any market to SQL Server Tuning, Optimization and Data Architecture definition.
I also have a deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Design & Programming, .NET (C# or VB.NET). Such strong developer background, allows me to help developers to use SQL Server and related technologies in the right way, maximizing the performance of their applications, non only from a DBA perspective. I've developed a special training course named "SQL Server Development Best Practices", which has been on of the best-selling course so far.
In my work as Mentor, Consultant and Trainer, I also speak on regular basis on SQL Server and Business Intelligence subject on all major Italian and International conferences and workshops, like
