Biography
Dennis is a Director of Campbell Valuation Partners Limited and Veracap Corporate Finance Limited. He is experienced in business valuations for the purposes of succession planning, income tax reorganizations, related party transactions, fairness opinion and shareholder disputes, as well as performing damages quantification to support lawyers in litigation matters such as losses arising from a breach of contract or business interruption. His practice also includes advising business owners and executives in maximizing shareholder value through acquisitions, divestitures and private equity financing.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. He is a designated Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator, and a holder of the Corporate Finance Qualification, an internationally recognized designation jointly offered by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Dennis has worked with a broad client base, which includes private company owners, family businesses and public corporations that operate in a broad spectrum of industries. He has spoken at conferences on subject of business valuation and has been qualified as an expert by the Tax Court of Canada.
