Dina joined CAF Bank in 2014 as Chief Operating Office and a member of the Bank’s Executive Team.
She holds responsibility for delivering the Bank’s operating plan, commercial strategy. She is responsible for delivering the operating services across the Bank through a dedicated and passionate team of people who understand the importance of providing financial services to UK charities and social purpose enterprises and the impact our customers make to society. With over 14,000 customers she is extremely customer focused, ensuring all of our services focus on delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Dina leads from the front to ensure that CAF Bank is a great place to work through a focus on recognizing and rewarding performance, creating opportunities for employees to develop and grow, being an inclusive workplace, and supporting employees’ physical, emotional and financial wellness. She is deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Offering banking with philanthropy at its heart holds huge personal and professional reward. Prior to joining CAF, Dina spent 32 years in a Private Bank and was the regional director for London.
Dina is an appointed Kent Ambassador and a member of a number of business networking groups. She has a passion for business development, enabling introductions and meeting people whose drive makes changes in society.
