Don Rainey focuses his expertise on stormwater, drainage and nutrients that flow downstream from homes to stormwater ponds. If a hurricane hits, the heavy rain may bring more nutrients downstream. He is an IFAS extension regional specialized agent for the Southwest Extension District water resource program.
