RECRUITING INDUSTRY EXPERT

Currently a featured stand-alone speaker for HR.com, Society of Human Resource Management, and the Institute of Human Resources as an Industry Expert focused on Talent Acquisition strategies, processes, technologies, and organizational excellence, as well as a contributor for ERE, RecruitingBlogs.com and other top recruiting sites. He has a monthly following of 1500-2000 HR leaders from around the world who tune in each month to follow his presentations.

As a minister for nearly 20 years, Doug uses his ability as a gifted communicator to capture the attention of audience members through straight-talk, humor, high energy and real-life examples. He is accustomed to speaking with small teams within an organization or to large crowds into the thousands in a conference setting.
