I am a motivating, tireless yet inspirational Fundraising Executive. Politically astute and a translator of science and organizational missions to engage donors to spark innovation that impacts lives. Experienced at inspiring philanthropists to give $1 billion+ to organizations helping those in need, fund research to change lives, and rejuvenate communities.
With years of expertise in a wide range of leadership positions, I rally and strategically guide teams of leaders, volunteers and staff in health care, higher education, public television, corporations and communities to achieve accelerated growth. In my last three capital campaigns, I have doubled revenue in record time.
My colleagues say that I bring a visionary approach which has an immediate impact and achieves organizational goals quickly. I care about my team, and provide coaching and mentorship to help them strive to new levels of success by advocating for their professional development and by respecting their work/life balance.
I am adept at navigating a diverse range of communities and complex, workplace cultures managing intricate stakeholder relationships. I am active in various fundraising professional organizations, community not-for-profits and boards as a Certified Fund Raising Executive.
