Biography
Douglas Nelson is an Associate Professor in MSOE's Civil and Architectural Engineering and Construction Management Department. Nelson also held the Pieper Family Foundation Endowed Chair for Servant-Leadership at the university from 2019-2022. Previously he taught within the State University of New York (SUNY) system. He has industry experience as a Design Engineering Suervisor and a Technical Specialist; both in the water treatment industry. Nelson is an active member of the Water Environment Federation, American Society of Plumbing Engineers, and Wisconsin Servant-Leadership Steering Committee.
