I am licensed as a physician in Florida and Tennessee.
I am a member of the Florida Bar
I have been the Deputy Chief Medical Examiner of the State of Vermont and Dade County Florida.
I was the Chief Medical Examiner of Broward County Florida.
I was Associate Professor of Pathology at University of Miami School of Medicine.
I have been in the private practice of forensic pathology since 2001

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 caused a huge problem for previously dejure and/or defacto black hospitals. In 1965, no one applied for residency in obstetrics. Having cleared the work with the Medical School Dean, five of my classmates worked 7 PM to 7 AM delivering babies. 1966 through 1967
