Dustin Reece is a dynamic, results-driven professional with over 25 years directing the planning and execution of enterprise-wide professional development initiatives and programs for academic institutions and organizations. Dustin currently serves as Director of Learning & Development for Loyola Marymount University. Prior to LMU, he established training programs for leading manufacturing organizations such as Unilever, Flowserve, A-1 Carbide Corporation, Ingersoll Rand, MGF Industries, QLogic, Hampton Products International, Rockview Farms, and Chorus Line. Dustin delivered training services to over 3,000 professionals on business topics such as lean manufacturing, kaizen events, leadership skills, strategic planning, high-performance work teams, VESL, communication skills and many others. Dustin also works as a business consultant and coach to organizations across Southern California.
