Ehab’s expertise in leadership, strategy and business and organizational development has been built over a 20 year career in key sales, marketing and general management roles, including several regional positions with ‘Motorola’ and ‘Fosroc’, a former subsidiary of Castrol Oil. He has developed and implemented regional business development strategies and organizational development initiatives in B2B and B2C sectors across the Middle-East and Africa region, and consulted to large organizations in numerous industries.

Governance & Audit Management - Business Model and Best Practice
This is an innovative approach to governance and audit management that is based on the premise that value-creation, which is the fundamental raison-d'etre of all for profit organizations, is the product of assets (by shareholders) and work (by management). The Governance Management System (GMS) is an integrated business model and methodology to manage the two component parts of value-creation; namely work and assets. Other applications of the model include due diligence, strategic management.
