Head of Eileen Murphy Consultants, based in London. Established in 1993, the Consultancy is commissioned to work as practitioners with individuals across the spectrum - at early intervention, preventative, through to "Troubled and Challenging Families" using the principles of the Solution Focused Brief Intervention model as the main approach.. The group implement staff and project development to improve outcomes for families.

The Consultancy's specialist programmes have allowed commissioning agencies to make dramatic savings on budgets while attracting social care awards for their work to reduce family breakdown; school exclusions and community crime.

Reducing Community Crime (professional)

West Midlands Police Authority commissioned the Consultancy's Affecting Early Years Programme as part of their work with the community and partnership work - reducing crime and improving school attendance. The National Policing Improvement Agency (NPIA) included our AEY Programme on their Best Practice website in February 2011. This allows Police Forces from across the UK to have access.
