Eileen is a creative, innovative thinker and results-oriented, bottom-line-driven business professional and team leader experienced in business operations and all B2B and B2C marketing disciplines. With deep expertise in business strategy, targeted tactical marketing and maximizing marketing effectiveness and ROI on limited budgets, she has helped companies launch operations from the ground up, grow from zero to $50 million within 4 years, achieve 70% to 100% annual growth, expand into international markets, become established leaders in crowded market segments and land spots on the prestigious Inc. 500 annual list.
She has also helped companies get investor ready, raise more than $40 million in funding, execute successful private placement offerings and prepare for IPO. Eileen has created and authored executive summaries, business overviews, business plans and investor presentations for B2B and B2C companies, from high end enterprise technology solution providers to consumer mass market products. She managed investor relations for a $100 million multinational company, and played integral roles in mergers and acquisitions on both sides of the deal, including managing due diligence and sensitive communications.
