Biography

Elton Mutize is a rare breed of a pragmatic Accountant turned Iconic Motivational Speaker, Career Coach, Business Development Strategist and Author. Elton has a combined nine years experienced gained working in various countries in Africa for several high profile organizations and blue chip corporations such as Delta Corporation, SMM Holdings, ReNaissance Merchant Bank, ReNaissance Capital and Simba Group of Companies at an executive and consultancy level. In his University days, Elton was instrumental in reviving the fortunes of AIESEC, a global student leadership organisation, strengthening ties with the corporate sector and regaining admittance on the global platform that saw him travel to several European countries. In 2006 in Uganda, he pioneered the Inspire Conference Series that is still running to this day. Elton has co-authored a timeless book titled, “Paradigm Shifters: Pioneering Infinite Possibilities,” an e-book currently retailing on the Amazon Kindle Store, lulu.com, iBookstore and Barnes & Noble. The Paperback version, “Paradigm Shifters: Re-Inventing Your World” is available in the Innov8 Bookshop chain. He is a founder member of Paradigm Shifters, a business development strategy and success development firm that seeks to transform Africa into a world-class continent – its institutions and citizens. Elton is a holder of a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the University of Zimbabwe.
