Educational administrator responsible for preparing over 650 students in grades 9-12 with essential 21st Century skills that will enable them to be successful, productive members of society. Strong emphasis on instructional supervision/evaluation of staff, articulating a clear vision for student achievement, providing the necessary resources to assist in the delivery of instruction, integration of technology, pedagogy, supporting a model of meaningful professional development, effective communication, and fostering collaborative environments. Extremely interested in the utilization of social media/networking to develop a brand presence in education and develop engaging learning opportunities. Eric has worked collaboratively with stakeholders to transform the teaching and learning culture of New Milford High School in a way that benefits and maximizes the potential of students.
