Erik Mejia has been working in talent management in a consulting capacity helping C-Level Executives and HR Leaders streamline their Human Capital Management processes across the US. Prior to that, he worked in technology implementing system-wide technology changes and building success. More recently he has been working in the government sector implementing organization-wide predictive tools in both education and law enforcement.
Erik has an Industrial Organizational Psychology Degree from DePaul University, and a degree in Data Science & Analytics Management from Northwestern University.
