Erin Clarke

Erin Clarke joined UC Hastings faculty after more than a decade as a Lecturer in Residence at UC Berkeley School of Law in the first-year legal research, analysis, and writing program. Prior to her tenure at Berkeley Law, she worked in the areas of trademark and copyright law with Owen, Wickersham & Erickson, and practiced business litigation with a San Francisco law firm. In addition, Ms. Clarke spent two years coordinating the lawyer referral service for California Lawyers for the Arts, a nonprofit organization helping artists of all disciplines with legal issues.

Ms. Clarke’s varied academic interests also earned her an M.A. in drama from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in genetics from UC Berkeley.
