Testimonials
CFEC Director
Central Florida Employment Council
We had the distinct pleasure of working with Farnaz Namin-Hedayati, Ph.D., Center for Work Life, for the past couple of years when she was the keynote speaker for two of our Central Florida Employment Council workshops. I was very impressed with Farnaz both as a presenter, motivator and professional. We are thrilled to say that her skill as a trainer kept our diverse group fully engaged. Here presentations are extremely powerful and practical! Whether you want to improve and expand your team’s skills or just stretch their comfort zone, the course Conflict Management was amazing.
CEO
Eprentise
Eprentise hired Dr. Namin to assist us on an employee relations project. She was extremely professional, used a structured methodology that worked in a very short time, and helped both the employee and myself understand and communicate the issues effectively. As a result of working with her, we are getting better results, and are able to address team related issues before they become problems. I would recommend Farnaz for any similar situation. I have also worked with Farnaz in other professional organizations and found her to be delightful to work with. She is bright, articulate, and very personable. She is driven and goal-oriented, and manages the client’s time well.
