Biography
I am 56 years old, a wife of 36 years, with 3 adult children and 1 granddaughter. I was raised in a violent home and experienced physical and sexual abuse throughout my youth. In my early adult years, I was in counseling for 12 years. In my 30's, I began to grow in my faith in Jesus Christ. In my 40's, I wrote a devotional, Flame of Healing: A Daily Journey of Healing from Abuse and Trauma, with a journal, for personal, in-depth healing. I healed even more as I wrote Flame of Healing. My life has been transformed from tremendous pain to hope and healing, which I am now able to share with others. It has become my life purpose, to offer the hope and healing that I have received.

An introduction of my personal life story, first with humorous story of being drenched by muddy water, then connecting it to the dirty feeling of abuse and finally, the hope of healing I've experienced and offer to others.
Hope and Healing Seminar
My own story of surviving childhood physical and sexual abuse, forced abortion and healing, with my book, "Flame of Healing: A Daily Journey of Healing from Abuse and Trauma". Also covered are the topics of child abuse, domestic violence, establishing healthy boundaries, safely getting out of a violent relationship, and sex trafficking. Healing from these intense situations is offered with compassion and empathy.
