Biography
Fred Wilf has been practicing intellectual property, technology and business law since 1985. In addition to representing individuals, he represents companies of all sizes, from startup to Fortune 100. He also serves as an arbitrator in technology and intellectual property disputes.
Fred also represents charities and non-profit organizations for licensing, intellectual property and organizational issues, including several that he represents on a pro bono publico basis.
Mr. Wilf speaks and writes extensively on topics involving technology and the law, including talks and seminars on Internet law, cloud computing, ecommerce, licensing and privacy. He taught a course on Cyberlaw as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey.
