Synopsis of Experience: Over 30 years of professional flying in multiple aircraft. Embedded in this aviation experience I have integrated a participatory style of teaching that has procured multiple public speaking events (largest attendance - 1,500+). Currently I am involved in a participatory style teaching of 20+ active couples at a local church.

Specific Experience in Public Speaking: Speaker at an International Operators Conference of NBAA in San Antonio on the subject of Threat & Error Management. Speaker at a Special Ops Medical Association conference on the dangers of fatigue. Presenter of fatigue countermeasures during a recurrent training for pilots of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement located in San Angelo. Speaker at a combined national & state law enforcement seminar in Dallas. Speaker at a Dallas SWAT annual recurrent training session. Speaker at OV-10 Bronco Association conference on the development & acquisitions of the museum.

Specific Experience in Training: Authored multiple manuals for initial & recurrent pilot training. Developed & taught interactive PowerPoint training programs ranging from 2-6 hours of instruction. Required to maintain qualifications for instruction in multiple classroom training modules & aircraft simulator. Designed & managed a flight safety maneuvering school for civilian pilots. Selected as the lead supervisor for a squadrons scheduling & training department.

Specific Experience in Teaching and Instruction: Currently in charge of curriculum design & teaching of an adult Bible class at a local church. Selected to evaluate & train classroom instructors on interactive techniques. Selected to instruct & evaluate pilots. Selected to develop & teach a Leadership Development seminar for a local public Middle School.
