Biography
Gary Brose has owned over a dozen companies in multiple industries over the last 30+ years. Most of these companies have been labor-intensive so he has had many opportunities to test out his theories and work with employees in a real-world setting. In the process of building successful companies, he has unearthed dozens of technigues that serve to inspire and motivate all employees, from upper management to entry level workers. He has written a book, "Bonus Your Way to Profits!" which details the steps anyone can take to build motivating and productive bonus programs for their staff. Today he runs 4 corporations and speaks to groups of business managers and owners about how to change their corporate culture and create a high producing workforce.
