Biography
As the program chair of human resource management for Franklin University, Gary is responsible for course creation and delivery of talent management, employee/labor relations, compensation and benefits, human resource leadership and strategic organization planning. Gary brings nearly 25 years of human resources experience to Franklin, with 20 of those years being at the leadership level. He has held manager, director and Vice President positions while working for such companies as Johnson & Johnson, Living Centers of America and Electric Reliability Council of Texas. Gary holds a masters degree in human resourecs and a PhD in organization and managment. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources. As a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development, Gary is a frequent speaker at company events and has often worked with clients regarding leadership, employee-relations programs, recognition and programs that empower their employees.
