PRINICIPAL AND DIRECTOR , 07/2009 to Present
- responsible for all educational matters, marketing communications, technology and general operations of a modern K-12 school.

Selected Accomplishments:
 Brought the school from a net loss to profitability increasing the enrollment by 300%
 Developed a school technology system which met the needs of administration, teaching, communications and staff development
 Developed facilities including 2 libraries, a cooks training facility, a music program room and an outdoor sports centre
 Attracted top flight teachers to work at the school
 Set performance goals for the organization and individuals within the organization and met them

Think Magazine was a professional development journal. I sat on the Editorial Board for 3 years.

Served on the Board of CCCT for 4 years. We operated the national Shad Valley program as well as the National Northern Telecom Awards
