A Taste of Leadership
Gilly's first taste of leadership was at the age of 22 when she was an instructor at the London Cordon Bleu School where her students were as young as 18 and as old as 60+, all in the same class. She went on to the challenge of managing chalet girls who were cooking for guests at ski holiday company chalets in Switzerland. Her leadership roles have varied over the years and she uses her experiences in this presentation to demonstrate what really matters for a leader to be successful in any situation.
