Biography
Driven to develop sustainable organizations that exist to improve the state of social and environmental injustices in our local and global community.
For the last 9 years, I have been heavily involved in starting and leading the organization, Students Offering Support, dedicated to support the development of three types of students locally and globally to become global citizens. We empower student leaders in Universities across North America with our entrepreneurial model of local social change, helping their peers succeed academically before exams in review sessions. These session generate funds, investing in education development projects in rural Latin America.
Throughout the process of SOS's "360 degrees of volunteerism", our student leaders gain incredible real-world leadership experience, both on-campus and on two-week outreach trips helping to build the projects they worked to fund over the year on campus.
In addition to my work passion, I love spending quality time with my family and friends and can often been seen on the court, field, or ice pad playing squash, ultimate, or hockey.
