Biography
Gregory Richardson is the Caribbean's leading expert on cyber security and is a sought-after conference speaker and adviser to Caribbean governments and institutions.
In 2012, he was a panelist for the Organisation of American States' (OAS) workshop on Cyber Security and Cyber Crime in the Caribbean, where he discussed the threats and trends in the region.
His conversation-style presentations have allowed him to speak in conferences and seminars from Columbia to Montserrat. He continues to advocate for increased internet governance across the region and also provides practical steps that small businesses as well as governments can make to protect their digital assets.
The entrepreneur has been a steady presence at the Caribbean Telecommunication's Union (CTU) ICT Roadshows and CaribNOG forums around the Caribbean since 2010. He enjoys sharing his passion and lessons learned from running his own companies to new business owners and perspective entrepreneurs.
Now based in the USA, Gregory advises financial institutions and governments on establishing secure cyber networks and designing legislation to thwart cyber criminals.

Mr. Gregory Richardson has been a partner of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) since 2009, when he participated in the CTU’s Caribbean ICT Roadshow, an initiative designed to raise awareness and educate on the effective use of information and communication technologies (ICT). Since then, Mr. Richardson has consistently supported the CTU in its programmes to educate officials of its member Governments and other Caribbean ICT stakeholders on the subject of network security and protection of digital assets.
