Biography
Guy is a Member Retention Evangelist who has worked in the fitness industry since 2008. His goal is to revolutionise industry by switching clubs' main focus from sales to retention.
Ultimately, he wants to help people to get fitter and more active, and working with clubs is the most effective way to reach the most people. Working with clubs involves systems consultancy and staff coaching sessions.
