Biography

Hala works with established and emerging leaders, CEOs, founders and directors to identify "leverage points" and to face challenges at the intersection of sound strategy and inspired leadership.

Working with clients over the years, she has seen how the smallest change can have the biggest impact. She sees herself as a “thought partner” as clients reflect and work toward accomplishing
their goals.

She looks at evidence based practices to help leaders improve their workplace intelligence. Our changing world of work requires us to be cognitively agile, to be resilient and to be able to appraise situations. She works with professionals to improve their leadership skills, to lead high performing teams and to achieve personal and organizational goals.

She partners with clients to realign priorities and to energize their offering in times of rapid change. She collaborates with clients to navigate complex and fast changing environments. She works with clients to identify actionable next steps to bridge the transformation gap to bring about sustainable and long-term change.

She typically works with professionals at: consulting firms, busy hospitals, law practices, global construction companies, factories, movie studios, tech firms and CPGs.

She holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Master of Design in Foresight and Innovation with knowledge of the tools of foresight, design thinking and systems.

She volunteers to support national and global non-profits with a focus on workforce development and entrepreneurship. She is also conducted research on changing work trends and the future of work competencies.
