Hashem Ashrafiuon is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Director of the Center for Nonlinear Dynamics & Control at Villanova College of Engineering, where his areas of expertise include drone technology, robotics, autonomous vessels for air, land, and sky, and nonlinear dynamics. Dr. Ashrafiuon also directs the Center’s Unmanned Surface and Underwater Vehicles Laboratory, which he founded in 2008.
