Heidi is a highly versatile and astute organization builder with more than 20 years of designing and implementing successful company growth initiatives. She is known for her leadership and innovation in fundraising, securing new program and market opportunities, and community engagement.

Having raised more than $70 million, she has designed programs to support growing organizations from startups to $600 million enterprises. As an entrepreneur she has built agile organizations that deliver training in strategic communications and fundraising skills.
