My name is Heissam Hartmann and I help start-ups find their wings and fly. Drawing on skills and experiences gathered in a diverse, entrepreneurial career driving growth in startups and building brand new entities from scratch, I show start-ups how to get funding, find new markets, and cultivate regional connections.

Since the beginning of my career, I have had opportunities to work for a several companies throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. I have been involved with pioneering businesses like and brands4friends and have witnessed companies like eBay grow from just 12 employees to thousands of employees. I have also spent over 4 years in CEE experiencing the evolution of the 'Startup Scene'. My expansive expertise has given me the business acumen to help companies build connections between new technologies and established business processes.

With my consulting company, mrHeissam, I provide the bridge between WestEU and CEE for expansion and funding. I enable startups and enterprises the opportunities to expand and develop their business through established networks, accelerating the process of finding strategic investment partners.

Building on my knowledge of the internet industry and my network in the music, sports, fashion and entertainment industries, I started Passiontainment. I help influential people, celebrities, and private high-net worth individuals find promising investment opportunities that match their interests and passion. Based on mutual passion and common interest, I bridge the gap between young entrepreneurial ideas and passionate angel investors to form successful investment partnerships.
