Biography
Herman J. Najoli consistently delivers dynamic inspiring talks to people from all walks of life. He was born in Kenya, Africa and started learning English at 14 years old. Having been born and brought up in a third-world country, he had very little resources for advancing in life. His passion stems from a desire to help others see all that they have going for them. Herman came to the United States in 2001 with only $ 140 in his pocket, a small 21-inch suitcase and a lofty dream. Herman is the quintessential speaker because he understands what it means to come from a background of little or no opportunity. Herman received his Bachelor’s degree in Education from Nairobi University in Kenya and earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, a Christian school, in Virginia Beach, VA.. He is a unique speaker who inspires, motivates, entertains and empowers his audience at so many different levels. He also volunteers with local organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area.
