Biography
Hilary Weber is an accomplished speaker, experienced business coach and an engaging communicator. Her 20+ years of business leadership spans several industries, including health care, high tech and publishing (electronic and print). She discovered her love of leadership at an early age, and has enjoyed a great deal of personal satisfaction by training, coaching and mentoring hundreds of people in various corporate settings, from one-on-one sessions to master classes and main stage panel presentations at national conferences. She is also a published author of numerous articles in print and online. She is currently writing and speaking about her first book, entitled, "The Disconnection Connection: Discover Your Power to Lead, Succeed and Exceed in the Modern World".
Hilary Weber has a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Ohio State University, a Master’s of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, U.C. Berkeley, and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). IPEC’s training certification program is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
