Biography

I help people operate more effectively, by ensuring that they are strategically competitive, relationally competent and reputationally intact in their work.

It is my delight to speak, consult and coach leaders, using 21st Century Leadership knowledge that is customised for each organisational context.

As an entrepreneur, activist and professional musician, I aim to create a results-orientated, creative and spirited atmosphere, and utilising our experienced network of associates.

I am grateful to form part of the faculty at the IDM Business School (http://idm.ac), and to have previously worked at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (www.gibs.co.za), particularly the Centre for Leadership and Dialogue.

My more than 12 years' experience in the field is available to empower leaders to become, or remain, impactful. I also love meeting people from diverse backgrounds and geographical locations, collaborating as we aim for sustained success.

Accomplishments

Village Chief, International Youth Village, Japan

1996-07-02

I was elected to represent South Africa on this prestigious cultural exchange programme. It entailed a month in Japan, interacting with delegates from 18 countries. I was elected National Representative by our new rainbow-nation team, and Village Chief by the other Reps, overseeing and speaking at a week-long conference and liaising with delegates, diplomats and royalty, in the form of Princess Sayako.
