Iain Begg is an experienced Project Practitioner and he brings his experience to bear for the benefit of his clients. For the last 20 years he has been both delivering major projects and change initiatives as well as training others to do likewise. Delivering successful projects is an ongoing struggle for the majority of companies and during Iain’s training courses the emphasis is always on how to achieve and then maintain success. Iain has built his success on a people-centric and soft-skills approach because, after all, it is people that deliver projects.
