Over 40 years experience at all levels of the IT industry in both public and private sectors and a successful consultant and contractor for over 20 years. For the past 6 years Ian has concentrated on the area of Knowledge Management - loosely expressed as "Moving Practical Knowledge between People".
This has implications for people, systems and management.
