Ian Graham

Ian Graham thinks different, challenges the status quo and is a passionate entrepreneur committed to helping early-stage businesses succeed and grow. He is President of TheCodeFactory a bootstrap business incubator and shared work space in Ottawa, Canada. Ian is also Talent Broker at StartupScout a resource for start-ups in Ottawa looking to build and add to their teams.

Ian has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa, and a technology diploma from Algonquin College. He is a mentor with Canadian Youth Business Foundation for five years and continues to work with young entrepreneurs. Ian has helped to facilitate the formation of numerous grass roots volunteer lead users groups and organizations like Team Camp and Students and Start-ups. Ian is an enthusiastic and active participant in the Canadian start-up community.
