Ian's training workshop was a real eye opener for the folks who attedned from this organization. My special focus is on recognition. With all of the technological developments in recent years, people are losing their important soft skills and the ability to really 'connect' with other human beings. I try to put some of that back, so this would add a dimension to your conference.
