Ken Sorenson , Regional Manager | Keystone Cross Canada
Ian's training workshop was a real eye opener for the folks who attedned from this organization. His enthusiasm for his topic and insights based on experience, added a great deal to our program, which had been set up mostly for team-building purposes. His topic, recognition skills, worked in really well to the improvements we were trying to make within our team and work processes. We came away from the half day session with new awareness and sharper communication and recognition giving skills that I'm sure will improve not only workplace morale, but also team effectiveness and results. We definitely plan on having Ian back to re-invigorate our teams.

Getting more of the good stuff thru recognition
My special focus is on recognition. With all of the technological developments in recent years, people are losing their important soft skills and the ability to really 'connect' with other human beings. I try to put some of that back, so this would add a dimension to your conference.
