Born in Portugal, Inês Santos Silva is a 23-year-old entrepreneur in the making with two passions in life: entrepreneurship and education. This lead her to organize Startup Weekends, Ignite events, TEDx events and others, but in April 2011 she launched her own project, Startup Pirates, an acceleration program for entrepreneurs in the making that aims to help entrepreneurial communities to growth.
