Biography
Ira Gaberman is a Partner in our London, England office and is Head of our global Culture Transformation Team and Head of our Leadership and Change Team in EMEA. Ira works closely with Boards, executive teams and extended leadership across industries to help ensure sustained results from large scale, complex transformations. That work includes helping clients put cultural change at the front of their critical business decisions to power performance. Ira is one of the authors of A.T. Kearney’s Fit TransformationTM value proposition, the lead author in our recent culture publications Cracking the Culture Code and Demystifying Corporate Culture, and the lead author in our culture transformation frameworks and tools.
Ira is also Head of our Heath Provider Team, EMEA, supporting management and clinical leaders of acute, community and integrated care providers set their strategic plans, capture operational improvement and enable and empower clinical delivery.
